  1. How do the resume, cover letter, thank you letter, & bio writing processes work?

    All resumes and documents are written in-house. No work is ever outsourced to independent contractors!

    • Please make your secure purchase on engagement/prices page.
    • We will email you with next steps and to schedule an initial intake call. Please be prepared to spend about 60 minutes on the initial call we will also gather relevant information once your order has been processed.
    • We will discuss your project with you in detail by phone, we know writing a resume can be a stressful process and you are already busy enough, so we don’t make you fill out a lengthy form we partner with you during our initial intake call to capture your skills, talents, and accomplishments and create a resume that will make you stand out!
    • Following the call we will begin creating your personal branding piece to make you stand out from the crowd

    • All services purchased as rush are provided in 2-3 days following intake call with resume writer
  5. How does the LinkedIn process work?
    • To get started, please make your secure purchase on our engagement/prices page.

    • All profiles will be completed within 3-5 days. Exception: LinkedIn service purchased with a package or resume service will be completed after the resume is finalized.

    • We will schedule your sessions as soon as you need them. We provide coaching services  7 days per week to meet your needs.
    • We will schedule your first coaching session to get started and then create an action plan that works best for you.

  8. Will I be able to call or email you?

    Yes! We are open 7 days per week from 8am to midnight CST to personally respond to your calls, voicemails and emails!  Please leave a detailed voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  9. What makes you qualified?

    With over 10 years Recruiting and Human Resource management experience. We understand what recruiters and hiring managers want, and we help you market yourself for success and sell your best assets. Our services are not sourced out to independent contractors. We perform all services in-house.

  10. What are your business hours?

    Our normal business hours are 8am to midnight CST 7 days per week. We are also open outside those hours by appointments. We are available when you need us.

  11. Do you have offices nationwide?

    We serve clients nationwide from our headquarters in Texas.

  12. Do I have to come to your office?

    No, you do not. In order to serve our clients nationwide and to accommodate their busy schedules, all services are conducted via telephone, video conferencing (when necessary), and email. Our clients love this format as it creates more convenient opportunities for them to schedule appointments.

  13. Do you accept resume writing assignments 24/7/365?

    Yes we do. Please make your purchase on the prices/engagement page and you will be contacted very soon.

  14. What does each service entail?

  15. How do I place an order?

    You may make your purchase through our secure shopping cart on the engagement/prices page.

  16. Do I need to send you information when I place my order?

    No, we will contact you when we receive your order to schedule your appointment and/or to gather info such as your resume or supporting documentation.

  17. What is your success rate with clients finding work?

    Our success rate for clients finding work after they use our services is in the 97% range.

  18. Can you provide references?

    Yes. References will be provided upon request.

  19. What is your payment policy?

    100 % payment is required up front and your payment must clear before we commence your consultation.

  20. What is your refund policy?

    All sales are final due to the time and effort we put into the service we provide.

  21. Do you guarantee your services?

    We guarantee that we will work for you and do our best to create and personalized career marketing collateral for you. We will work with you and support you in your career search.

  22. What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards and checks through PayPal. Please Contact Us if you have additional questions.

  23. Is your website secure?

    Yes, our website is very secure for your protection. Your credit card, savings, and checking account information are secure. iVenture Career Services does not gain access to your credit card numbers or account info.

  24. When can I expect my product?
